Responsibilities

• 事業戦略、中期計画の策定（事業部の中長期戦略の構築、ロードマップ策定）
• 事業計画、予算管理（年度予算の策定、予実・KPI管理）
• 組織戦略、人材配置（戦略に基づいた組織再編、人員配置の企画）
• 競合他社の動向把握および市場調査
• メンバーマネジメント

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業企画、事業戦略、営業企画、ビジネス開発のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方
• マネジメント経験をお持ちの方
• 英語力（ビジネスレベル：目安/TOEIC700点）

歓迎条件：

• グローバルにおける社内外との折衝経験をお持ちの方
• 産業機器・OT・IT・DXに関する知識をお持ちの方
• M&A経験（ソーシング、DD、PMIなど）をお持ちの方
