Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 海外ディストリビューターに対する、市場品質問題への対応業務を担当していただきます。
• 市場品質情報の収集、収集した情報の問題定義と調査・改善要求、調査結果の回答
• 市場措置の準備並びに海外市場への展開
• 海外生産拠点の現地品質改善活動支援

Requirements

必須要件：

• 大卒以上
• 自動車メーカー、部品メーカー、販売会社及び関連する会社のサービスで5年以上の業務経験
• 開発、生産、品質保証のいずれかの部門で品質改善に関連する業務を5年以上経験。
• 深いコミュニケーションによる真の問題点の理解、調査項目の合意/優先順位付けなど交渉のための英語によるコミュニケーション能力（目安：TOEIC600点以上）
• 問題点や改善の効果を定量的・客観的に説明するための、エクセル等を使用した分析能力
• 自分の成長に必要な知識、スキル、行動を継続的に学習している方
• 変化を柔軟に受け入れ、既存の枠組みにはまることなく常に新しいことへチャレンジする姿勢を持っている方
• 自動車業界の大変革期の中で、自らの専門性を発揮したいと考えている方
• 自分の意見を持ち、異なる考え方や意見を受け容れて最適な解を見つけることができるコミュニケーション能力が高い方
• 「運ぶを創造する」ことを通じて世の中に貢献したいと想いがある方
