Responsibilities

• FSE（フィールドサービスエンジニア）に必要な部品を、適切な在庫量でタイムリーに供給するための在庫管理・需給調整を担うポジションです。
• 在庫・需給バランスの分析と最適化を推進します。海外拠点とのやり取りも多く、英語を使用したコミュニケーションが発生します。
• FSE（フィールドサービスエンジニア）のサポート全般※基本内勤業務で、全国のサービスエンジニアの活動を中央で支援
• 技術サポート（手順書作成、トラブルシューティング、技術問い合わせ対応）
• 部品管理（在庫管理、供給調整、発注サポート）
• プロセス・システム・環境改善（業務効率化、標準化、改善提案）
• オペレーションデータの収集・解析・戦略立案（KPI分析、傾向把握、改善施策の立案）
• 国内の取り纏め（各拠点との調整、報告）
• Globalとのコミュニケーション（英語での会議・メール・報告）
• 国内出張あり（頻度は低めです）

Requirements

• 電気・機械に関する知識・資格
• 分析力と改善提案力：データ解析、課題抽出、改善策の立案・実行
•  顧客志向で、現場の課題を理解し改善に取り組める方
• データドリブンで、論理的に課題を分析し提案できる方
• 多様なステークホルダーと協調し、円滑なコミュニケーションができる方

歓迎条件:

• Green Belt認定（リーンシックスシグマ）
• システム改善経験（ERP、CRM、在庫管理システムなど）
• プロジェクト推進経験（業務改善、標準化プロジェクト）
• 部品管理・ロジスティクスの知識
• グローバルコミュニケーション経験（海外チームとの調整）
• 医療機器業界での活動経験

8.22 - 8.5 million yen
