Responsibilities

Japan/ASEANリージョンにおける自動車業界向け電子部品製造、主にコネクターの端子に対するMold技術に関連する金型、成型設備とその周辺機器の開発業務全般。関連部門と連携しながら最適な製造工程を提案し、生産開始までの生産工程開発業務全般。

• 新製品開発案件で、新規射出成型用金型、成型機及び周辺機器の提案、見積り
• 射出成型用金型、周辺機器の新規立ち上げ及び工場への設置
• 顧客開発イベント用のサンプル作成及び品質確認
• 既存製品に対するコスト低減活動
• 将来に対する成型及び金型技術の立案、先行開発
• 海外拠点との技術交流

Requirements

必須条件:

• 射出成型に関する何らかの知識・経験をお持ちの方

歓迎条件:

• 自動車業界または車載電子部品メーカー（Tier1,2）にて製品開発業務のご経験をお持ちの方
• 業界を問わずコネクタメーカーもしくは成型加工メーカーでのご経験をお持ちの方
• インサート成型用金型及び周辺機器の開発経験をお持ちの方
• Creo 3D CADの使用経験をお持ちの方
• 樹脂流動解析ソフトの使用経験をお持ちの方
• 海外とのコミュニケーションが取れる方
