Responsibilities

グローバルでの採用施策の推進

• 採用ブランディング施策の立案・実行
• 人材獲得施策の立案・実行（潜在候補者を含むタレントプールの形成）
• グローバル採用プロセスの統合とシステム整備・展開
• オンボーディング施策の立案・実行

Requirements

必須条件:

• 人事領域5年以上、採用業務3年以上の実務経験（少なくとも2年ほどは、グローバル採用業務の経験があること）
