Responsibilities

• 薬剤候補の選定、作用機序の確認、併用薬の探索など、がん領域プロジェクト推進に必要な非臨床薬理試験（動物試験を含む）の計画および実施
• 部門横断的な研究チームや、社内外の関係者との協働によるチームベースでの研究活動の遂行
• 薬剤候補の特許出願に向けた、非臨床薬理データに関連する特許明細書の作成
• 機会に応じた若手研究者への指導、ならびに科学的・技術的助言の提供
• 化学、薬物動態、毒性学等の研究者との密接な連携、および各種報告会での議論を通した研究方針の策定
• 研究コンプライアンスを順守した実験業務の遂行

Requirements

必須条件:

• 薬理研究における関連経験を3年以上有する博士号取得者、または5年以上有する修士号取得
• 部門横断的で柔軟かつチーム志向の環境で働く意欲と能力
• 日本語および英語における、バランスの取れたコミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件:

• がん研究に関する知識および研究経験
• PROTAC、Molecular Glue等の蛋白分解誘導剤の創薬研究経験
• in vivo 試験に関する高い実施能力（熟練した in vivo 実験スキル）
