■ポジションについて
高いパフォーマンスを発揮する英語対応チームの一員として、数百万のユーザーにサービスを提供する製品の品質を確保する上で重要な役割を果たしていただきます。

■Responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans and strategies customized for each assigned project
• Analyze product requirements and proactively clarify any gaps or concerns
• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases based on deep domain knowledge and robust testing methodologies
• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and broaden coverage
• Contribute to QA department initiatives aimed at improving processes, tools, and overall product quality
• Drive continuous improvements in testing practices and actively share knowledge and best practices across teams
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and onboarding support to junior or new QA team members

Requirements

• 3年以上のソフトウェアテストの実務経験
• ソフトウェアテストの方法論、プロセス、およびベストプラクティスに関する強力な知識
• Postmanなどのツールを使用したAPIテストの習熟
• 任意のフレームワークおよびプログラミング言語を使用したテスト自動化の実務経験
• 効果的なテスト計画およびテスト戦略を作成および実装する能力
• アジャイルまたはクロスファンクショナルチームでの作業経験
• Jira、TestRailなどのテストおよび問題管理ツールに精通
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル
