Responsibilities

業務概要:海外主要拠点運営に包括的に関わるポジション

• 海外主要拠点におけるプロジェクト遂行状況を本社から横断的に把握・分析し、財務KPIに基づく経営判断支援、人員配置調整を含むグローバルな人的資源マネジメント、ならびに拠点運営全般に関与することで、経営層の意思決定を支える役割を担います。

業務内容:財務データ分析、及びレポーティング

• 海外地域統括拠点における主要財務KPIについて、月次・四半期ベースで定量的な分析を実施し、経営判断に資するレポートとして取りまとめる。

人的資源および組織運営管理

• 海外地域統括拠点における人員の配置状況および業務負荷を把握・調整するとともに、人員数管理や複数スキルを有する人材の適正配置を含む人的資源運用を統括する。

海外拠点運営支援

• 海外地域統括拠点における予算策定プロセスの支援、収益性の管理、ならびに各種会議に向けた資料作成・事前調整等を通じて、海外地域統括拠点運営を支援する。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 工事進行基準会計の経験（複数年）

歓迎条件:

• プロジェクトコントロールの経験（複数年）
• 海外赴任経験
