Responsibilities

(1)人的資本経営強化基盤づくり

• 人財マネジメントポリシーの検討・策定
• 人的資本開示方針、ロードマップ策定
• 開示内容の方向性検討、KPI内容再整理
• 中長期人財戦略策定

(2)人財ポートフォリオ作成

• 全社横断で把握すべき人財ポートフォリオ定義・ポートフォリオの型づくり
• データ精度向上に向けた検証、人財ポートフォリオのパイロット実施
• 全社展開に向けた計画策定・実行

【入社後の業務】(1)(2)をチームで実施していますので、双方のチームに入っていただき、ご本人の適性にあわせて業務を担っていただきます。

Requirements

必須条件:【職務経験】

• 人事領域5年以上、少なくとも2年ほどは、グローバルでの人事経験、戦略構築・企画経験があること

【資格】

• ビジネス英語(TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上)
• 点数以上に英語での会議やコミュニケーションに抵抗がないことを重視します
