Responsibilities

• Strategic Architecture: 既存IT資産と最新AI技術を融合させた次世代EAを描き、ステークホルダー（Globalチーム、IT本部、DSS）の合意形成を行う。
• Project Leadership: 不確実性の高いAI導入PJにおいて、技術的実現性とビジネス価値のバランスを見極め、強力に推進する。
• Executive Advisory: CIOおよびセクター経営層に対し、生成AI活用の「家庭教師」として、具体的な操作支援から経営インパクトの示唆までを行い、トップの行動変容を促す。
• Stakeholder Management: 複雑な利害関係（事業部、IT部門、研究開発等）を調整し、CI独自の施策と全社連携のバランスを最適化する。

Requirements

• 事業会社またはコンサルティングファームにおける、全社規模のIT戦略立案、または業務改革（BPR）プロジェクトのPM経験。
• 生成AIにおける知識があり、自らの業務において日常的にAIツールを使いこなし、高い生産性を実現していること。
• 英語での経営層へのプレゼンテーション、および複雑な利害調整が可能なレベル（TOEIC（R）テスト800点相当以上）
