Responsibilities

サプライチェーン現場の未来を創るソリューションプロバイダーへの変革に向け、組織開発と人材育成の主担当として、現場責任者・メンバーと共に,以下の重点取り組みに資する企画・実行を担当いただきます。（1）プロダクト・プロジェクト型マネジメント（PDM/PM）における各プロフェッショナル職の育成・成熟度UPの環境づくり（2）グローバルに多様なプロ人材が集い、技術やアイデアをお互いに試し・学び合う組織づくり（3）失敗・前進を祝福するカルチャー醸成

Requirements

応募資格/応募条件:※下記いずれにも当てはまる方

• HRBP もしくは CoE経験 （人材開発、組織開発、人材ポートフォリオマネジメント関連）
• 一定程度の英語力 （外国籍社員や海外HRメンバーとコミュニケーションが取れるレベル）

業界未経験歓迎:

• 新規SaaS事業の検討を行う部署のため、外資系、日系問はず、ITプロバイダー系企業でのご経験者は歓迎します。
