Responsibilities

同社のアフターサービス領域における次世代戦略を企画する組織にて、ビッグデータ活用戦略の企画、推進に携わります。社会での普及が進むコネクテッドカーや製品利用情報から収集・蓄積するデータについて、下記いずれかのミッションをご担当いただきます。【ビッグデータを活用したサービス開発担当】

• アフターセールスビジネスやサービスへのデータ活用技術の企画、開発、検証、導入
• 走行データによるビジネス分析やテレマティックスデータによる故障診断AIの開発
• 内製開発しているアプリケーションのデータ解析によるサービス改善・新規機能開発の検討
• 実データに基づいたデータ分析技術・分析アルゴリズムの開発

※サービス例：データに基づいた部品余寿命判定【サービス領域情報の活用基盤（データベース）構築担当】

• カスタマー、ディーラー、現地法人等、関係各所に蓄積したデータの特定
• 社内の各領域におけるビジネス部門のデータに関するニーズの調査
• 同社の次世代サービスのコアとなる分析基盤の企画
• データプラットフォーム開発チームの一員としてデータベースの要件策定や開発管理、検証、導入を実施
• IT部門や開発ベンダーと連携したプロジェクトの推進

※そのほか、システム開発の流れとデータフローを理解し、評価検証にも携わります。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 理系出身の方
• ソフトウェアの企画・開発・運用のいずれかの経験

歓迎条件:

• データ分析技術の開発や、それを用いたソリューション・サービス開発のご経験
• Python、SQL等扱ったご経験
• ビッグデータ解析のご経験
• アジャイル開発のご経験
• 英語を活用してビジネスを行ったご経験
