Responsibilities

職務の内容：

• 車両開発参画(DOM/EXP)…プロジェクト(電動車含む)推進上必要な社内関係者に適切な情報共有化(変更項目概要説明会出席/CAD評価/品質ゲート運営/ワーキング活動等)を部協業で実施し、量産品質早期玉成に務める    
• 現行車架装性改善・改良活動…架装メーカーからの架装・特装　技術的相談対応
• 将来車フロントローディング…架装・特装にまつわる企画提案に基づき、開発内へ展開、実行し特装車シェア向上を図る

Requirements

必須条件：

• 企画・マーケティング（商品＆営業）、営業等の経験（3年以上）
• 口頭及び文書での優れたコミュニケーション力

歓迎条件：

• エンジニアリング経験（ex.開発業務（部品設計、プロジェクト推進・管理など）や生産工程設計など）
• 企画立案・資料作成能力、付随する実務能力（情報収集能力、論理的思考）

語学：

• 英語：中級
