Responsibilities

• 経営管理…業績進捗や各種施策進捗の取りまとめに基づく経営視点での課題抽出、損益改善策の立案等。
• 予算編成…グループ全体の予算編成方針の立案、予算プロセスの運営。
• 決算分析…予実分析の実施、損益見込みに基づく業績予想の策定、マネジメント会議体への報告資料作成。
• 月次管理…月次損益、リスクモニタリング等に基づく経営進捗状況の取りまとめ、マネジメント会議体への報告資料作成。
• 管理会計全般…管理会計分野における制度企画、設計、運用方針策定等。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 管理会計や財務会計分野における業務の経験
• 基本的な会計の知識
• 英語力
• 英文資料の確認や海外拠点との英文メールでのコミュニケーションはあります。
• 海外拠点との間での英語会議は業務領域によって使用頻度が異なりますが、基本的な内容を口頭でやり取り出来れば十分です。

• 事業会社での経理財務、経営企画、経営管理等の実務経験
• 経営、財務コンサルティングファームでの実務経験
