Responsibilities

QAエンジニアリーダーとして、手動テストを中心にテスト設計・実行・品質改善まで一貫してご担当いただきます。最初のうちは、QAチームの一員としてアジャイルチームに深く入り込み、企画や要件定義といった上流工程から参画し、プロダクト品質の維持・向上、課題解決を開発チームと共に推進していただきます。

• テスト計画
• テスト仕様書レビュー、作成
• テストコントロール、必要に応じてテスト実施
• 企画や仕様のレビュー、要件定義
• QAプロジェクト推進、テスト自動化
• 不具合分析や再発防止策の検討
• 業務フローの見直しや品質向上に向けた体制やコストの改善
• 各部署とのスケジュール調整

Requirements

必須条件:

• ビジネスレベルの日本語によるコミュニケーション能力（会話・読解・記述）
• QAエンジニアとしての実務経験3年以上
• Webまたはオープン系ソフトウェアに関する基本的な理解
• IT業界で品質保証の主担当を務めた経験
• テスト設計、テストケース作成や実行に一貫して携わった経験

• QAやテストチームのリーダーまたはリード経験（目安1年以上）
• グローバルな開発チームでの業務経験
• テスト自動化やCI環境に関する知見、経験
• アジャイル開発環境におけるQA経験
• スタートアップまたはベンチャー企業での就業経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語によるコミュニケーション能力（会話・読解・記述）
