Responsibilities

• SoS戦略の言語化・方針策定：社内外へ伝わるストーリー・メッセージの設計、ロードマップの作成・更新
• 部門横断の合意形成と推進：論点整理／会議準備／資料作成を通じ、意思決定を支援
• ユースケース／成功事例の標準化：顧客価値起点で事例テンプレート化し、展開スキームを整備
• 社外向けコミュニケーション：説明資料、外部向け発信の作成・運用
• エコシステム連携の推進：顧客・パートナー・業界団体との協働を促進する仕組みづくり
• Salesforceを活用した案件管理：案件の可視化／進捗管理

Requirements

必須条件:

• 戦略企画／事業企画の実務経験（2年以上）：全社・事業横断テーマで方針・ロードマップを具体化した経験
• ステークホルダーマネジメント／合意形成（2年以上）：複数部門を巻き込んだ論点整理・意思決定支援の経験
• ユースケース設計／事例標準化（2年以上）：顧客価値起点で成功パターンを抽出・テンプレート化した経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント（3年以上）：計画・進捗・課題管理、関係者調整の経験
