Responsibilities

• 0→1の新規事業企画・事業性検証：市場ニーズの探索から事業構想の立案、PoCの実施など
• 1→10、10→100の事業拡大：出資やM&Aを活用した事業スケール拡大の加速
• 社内外との連携による事業開拓：技術・人材・資本を組み合わせた共創型の事業推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• ピープルマネジメント経験（2年以上）
• 法人営業または事業開発に関する実務経験（2年以上）
• 新規事業企画・事業性検証（0→1）に関する経験
• ビジネスハードスキル（Microsoft Word、Excel Power Point、等）

歓迎条件：

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 出資・M&Aに関する知見または実務経験
• PMI（Post Merger Integration）に関する実務経験
• 経営または事業責任者としての経験
