Responsibilities

自動車向け電子部品の量産工程における品質管理を担当します。工程検査や品質保証、改善活動を通じて、製品の品質基準を維持・向上させる役割です。国内外の製造拠点と連携し、工程変更時の品質保証や初期流動管理を推進します。

• 量産工程の品質管理（工程検査、工程能力評価）
• 工程変更時の品質保証、初期流動管理の実施
• 品質データの分析と問題発生時の要因解析
• QC手法を用いた改善活動の企画・推進
• 製造・開発部門との連携による品質課題解決
• ASEANや中国地域の拠点との英語によるコミュニケーション

主体的に改善提案を行い、現場の品質課題を抽出・解決する行動力が求められます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 電子部品業界等で品質保証の経験（5年以上）
• マネジメントのご経験

歓迎条件:

• QMS IATF / VDA監査員の資格
• IATF 5コアーツールの資格
