Responsibilities

• 商用車または乗用車いずれかの担当として、国内完成車メーカーの新規エンジン開発プロジェクトに伴うターボチャージャーの設計業務に携わります。
• 入社当初はOJTにて技術要素を補完しながら詳細設計を中心に担当いただきますが、数年後にはプロジェクトの主担当としてお客様(完成車メーカーのエンジン設計者)との使用検討や技術的な折衝、更には海外生産拠点での生産立ち合いなどにも関わっていただきます。
• 排気規制の難易度が高くなる中で、エンジンの機能部品のプロとして仕様の提案を行うなど、お客様と一緒に進めて行くことができる業務です。

Requirements

• 機械要素を専攻し、4力学を履修している方
• 機械設計の実務経験をお持ちの方

歓迎条件:

• 客先との使用検討や技術折衝の経験 
• 流体解析/構造強度/軸受のいずれかに関する技術の専門性をお持ちの方
• メールや技術仕様書の読み書きに苦手意識のない英語力(TOEIC(R)テスト:500点以上) 
• 自動車業界経験
• CAD使用経験
