Through these services, we provide swift and efficient property proposals and renovation support, transforming the norms of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

プロダクトとなる物件掲載サイトの利用顧客獲得、競合他社との差別化戦略など、自社オウンドメディアの強化に伴う動画/SNS/記事コンテンツの一連のプロジェクトマネジメント業務をお任せします。
業務内容：

• メディア戦略の立案と実行
• メディアタイアップ、パートナーシップの構築
• 各種SNSプラットフォームの運営・管理
• 企画・構成・台本・キャスティング・収録・編集・配信などトータルなディレクション
• データ分析とレポート作成

Requirements

必須要件：

• オウンドメディアにおけるコンテンツ企画、構築、運用経験
• 「Premiere Pro」を使用したコンテンツ動画の制作スキル
• コンテンツ企画をリードした経験
