Responsibilities

• 自社配送スキームの拡充に向けた物流戦略立案・実行
• 物流KPIの設計・モニタリング・改善活動の推進
• 倉庫・配送網のキャパシティ最適化、サービスレベル維持・向上
• 部門横断のプロジェクト推進（マーケティング、商品部、IT部門との連携）
• 将来的な物流最適化モデルの設計

Requirements

• Excel・PowerPointスキル（データ分析、KPI管理、報告・提案資料作成）

以下いずれかの経験（3年以上目安）:

• EC事業または小売業における物流企画・改善業務経験
• 3PL／配送事業者との折衝・契約管理経験
• サプライチェーン領域におけるKPI管理・改善経験
• オペレーションの管理、運営、改善経験

歓迎条件:

• 大規模プロジェクトの企画・推進経験
• データ分析に基づく課題抽出・改善提案のスキル
