Responsibilities

人事本部の各種プロセスを精査し、IT知識と技術を使い、HRシステムを再構築する業務をご担当いただける方を募集しています。IT部門と協力し、HRサービス/システムのためのIT基盤の整備を支援いただくことや、新HCM導入のため、PMOとしてプロジェクトに参画していただく予定です。

• 人事管理システムの構築及び設計支援
• 新HRシステムの調査、運用、テスト及び改善と関連資料作成
• 人事データの入出力管理支援
• 他組織との調整
• PMのサポート（PMO）
• 関連資料作成
• メンバーのマネジメント

Requirements

【必須】以下の経験のどちらか複数

• 人事業務の経験。(5年以上)
• SIベンダーでの技術者経験。(3年以上)
• ITコンサルティングの経験。(3年以上)
• 新技術調査／研究／報告経験
• 基本情報処理技術者程度の技術知識
• 英語に抵抗のない方

【歓迎】

• PMOとして1億円以上のプロジェクト参画経験 
• PMとしての経験。（2000万円以上) 
• PM, PMO関連資格保有 
• IT系の学部卒
• TOEIC600点 (もしくは英語での実務経験)
