Responsibilities

• メンバーのスキル向上
• 調達スコープ拡大（カバースペンドを高めることによるコスト最適化）
• ESG関連の調達部門のロードマップ策定や情報取りまとめ
• 間接材調達の仕組みづくり　など

上記を踏まえ、管理職候補として以下に取り組んでいただきます:

• 直接材/間接材を含めて、会社としての全社スペンドの可視化、及びコスト削減機会の発掘、優先度の明確化
• 全社ベンダーマスターを整備し、ホールディングスで管理すべき情報項目、事業部で管理すべき情報項目等の整備、データの鮮度を高める仕組みづくり
• 上記に加え、下請法（取適法）対象取引先やESG関連情報項目の整備
• 業務アセスメントに基づき、スキル強化のためのトレーニング企画策定（事業部に対するトレーニング実施を含む）
• 間接材調達のルール策定、あるべき体制（間接材購買の業務集約など）や購買システムの導入リード

Requirements

• 調達、購買業務の実務またはコンサル経験（直接材・間接材問わず）3年以上
• 基本的な英語力（目安TOEIC650点以上）
• 論理的思考力、コミュニケーションスキル、変革意欲

歓迎要件:

• 部門をまたがるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• CPP, CPSM, PMP等の資格
• ITリテラシー（DX, AI, BI, 購買システム等）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
