Responsibilities

• 当社外国籍役員の日本勤務者向け対応。対象者へのモビリティサービス提供のプロセス構築と管理を行う。社内の他部署(シェアドオペレーション部門、財務、人事等)並びに国内外グループ会社と連携しながら当該実務を担当。

Requirements

必須条件：

• グローバルモビリティのオペレーション経験（目安：2～3年以上）
• TOEIC(R)850点以上の英語力（読み書き、口頭で自分の考えを発表できるスピーキング力）
• 協調性（国内外メンバーとスピード感を持って円滑に業務遂行可能）
• タイムマネージメント力

• AssignmentProの使用経験
• 管理職経験
