Responsibilities

サプライプランニングおよび在庫・データ分析を担当し、グローバル調達チームに必要な情報を提供て生産をサポートします。業務範囲には、オペレーションプロセス改善、KPIの追跡、在庫ガイドラインの策定が含まれます。【サプライプランニング】

• 全ブランドの供給計画を策定
• 適切なタイミングと場所で需要を満たすための購買実行
• グローバルサプライプランニングチーム（GSP）と連携し、製品フロープランを維持
• 月次FOBアップデートの発行
• GSPと地域DP間の納期関連の調整（遅延、供給不足、緊急対応など）
• シーズン納品状況をクロスファンクショナルチームに共有し、可視化を提供

【分析・情報提供・意思決定支援】

• 売上予測、購買計画、アウトレットチャネルの在庫予測を含む在庫予測の策定
• 現状分析を継続的に行い、在庫改善や意思決定に関する提案を実施
• サプライチェーンKPIを分析・追跡し、計画手順の改善を推進
• 受注状況や店舗在庫に基づき、SKU単位で主要顧客の販売計画を構築

Requirements

【必須条件】（いずれも満たす方）

• サプライチェーンプランナー関連の業務経験3年以上
• 日本語・英語の実務使用経験をお持ちの方（TOEIC700点目安）
• MS Excelの高度な使用経験（Power Query、Power Pivot、Power BIスキル歓迎）
