Responsibilities

同社の調達部門において、グローバル視野での調達戦略の立案・推進を担当していただきます。具体的には、安定的なQCD（品質・コスト・納期）の実現に向けたパートナー戦略の推進、開発購買活動の推進、ESG・SDGsの取り組み推進が主な業務となります。また、部長の右腕として部の円滑な運営を行い、取引先との交渉をリードし、部のメンバーが最大限のパフォーマンスを発揮できるよう支援する役割も担っていただきます。さらに、海外取引先とのコミュニケーションや輸出入業務、海外赴任または出向経験を活かし、グローバルな視点での業務を遂行していただきます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 調達業務経験15年以上
• 海外取引先とのコミュニケーション、輸出入業務、海外赴任または出向経験
• 組織のマネジメント経験10年以上

歓迎条件:

• 購買・調達プロフェッショナルスキル資格（CPP資格）B級相当
• サプライチェーンの管理、改善の経験
• 調達に関わる国内、国際法の理解能力
• 市場分析能力
