Responsibilities

• グローバルビジネスプロセスオーナー（BPO）は、当社におけるQMSプロセスの開発、実施、調整、および測定をグローバルに責任を負います。
• Global QMS Senior Specialistの役割は、グローバルBPOをサポートし、日本・アジア太平洋、北米、ヨーロッパを拠点とする各リージョンのQAチームと連携して、同社のQMSおよび品質コンプライアンスのガバナンス体制を維持管理する役割を担っていただきます。
• 本ポジションはGlobal QA Headに直接レポートするグローバル品質マネジメント部に所属します。
• グローバルQMSの標準化推進とパフォーマンスモニタリング
• Global BPOのサポート（QMSの運用と拡張、継続的改善）
• Quality Cultureの醸成活動
• その他、グローバル品質保証統括業務の実行補佐

Requirements

• 医薬品工場でのQA経験もしくは本社GQP経験者
• 読み書きレベルの英語力をお持ちの方でグローバルな環境でチャレンジしたい方
