Responsibilities

• ～入社後3か月
  • 当社従業員規則の理解
  • 品質保証部、サービス部品課の職務と目標の理解
  • 輸出G業務の補助開始
• ～入社後6か月
  • 輸出G業務担当開始
  • 所内関連部門との業務連携打合せ
  • PSI連携業務への参画／一部担当
  • PSI連携運用状況を月次で海外販売会社と共有、課題に対する対策立案の推進
• ～入社後1年
  • 入社後6か月までの業務の継続となりますが、ご本人の適性に応じて担当業務の見直し／拡大を図ります
• ～入社後2年
  • キャリアを積んでいただき、キ－パ－ソン/リーダーとしてサービス会社や所内関係部門との連携／課題抽出から業務効率化の提案／実践を行っていただきます

Requirements

必須条件：

• 同僚／関連部門の人と協調して仕事を進めることが出来る方（相手の話に傾聴出来る/自分の意見を積極的に発言出来る）
• 英会話：ビジネスで使えるレベルTOEIC(R)700点以上程度以上（目安）

歓迎条件：

• リーダー経験があり、設定目標に向けて関係者を牽引して行動できる方
• 企画書の作成、プレゼン経験がある方
• データ分析に基づく業務改善の経験者
