Responsibilities

• 試作・量産に向けた、生技開発・生産準備
• 主な対象工程：機体接合工程／機体組立工程、生技開発開発、工程計画、設備導入、工程整備、生産性改善
• 海外（北米CA州）出向の可能性あり：面談時に意向確認します

Requirements

以下いずれかの知識・経験:

• 車両系の生産技術／製造技術の経験
• TPSを軸とした、工程・レイアウト改善の経験
• フライングモビリティ開発にモノづくりで挑戦したい方
• 英語コミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件:

• 航空機生産／製造の経験
• DX技術を活用した精度解析及び要求品質の造り込み
