Our client a major Japanese pharmaceutical company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities

• 同社の「People Philosophy」に基づき、従業員体験（Employee Experience：EX）、企業文化、意見収集戦略のグローバルな設計と実施を主導し、関連プログラムを開発する。経営幹部、人事チーム、その他主要関係者と連携し、従業員のエンゲージメント向上と高いパフォーマンスを促進する施策を創出・実行する。
• EX、企業文化および意見収集のリード担当者に監督・指導を行い、最適な場合にはグローバルでの一貫性を確保する。
• グローバル・トータルリワード＆ウェルビーイング部門長のリーダーシップチームのメンバーとして、EX、企業文化、意見収集に関する事項についてグローバル人事リーダーシップチームの主要アドバイザーを務める。
• 担当範囲はDSE（EU）、DSI（US）、DSJ（JP）を含み、事業モデルの変化に合わせて他の地域・事業単位も含む場合がある。

Requirements

必須資格・要件：

• 従業員体験（Employee Experience）および企業文化において10年以上の関連経験、または同等の関連経験
• 以下のいずれかについて4年以上の経験：従業員の意見収集（Employee Listening）の経験
• EX、企業文化および意見収集のトレンドやプロセスに関する専門知識
• 最新のEXおよび意見収集の技術・システムを理解していること
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
