Responsibilities

エナジー事業部のFAE（技術営業）として、グローバル側のプロダクト部門と連携をとり、最新情報の取得、不明点の確認、情報収集の業務の円滑を図って頂きます。国外との連携により、グローバルなテクニカル・マネージメント経験をすることができます。

• テクニカルサポートとして、顧客からの技術問い合わせ対応及び技術資料（仕様書）の提出を行い、製品のアピールをする事によって、オーダーにつなげていく活動
• 製品の最新あるいは改訂情報を取得、適切に社内展開を行う事により、営業側の販促のサポートを行う
• 営業、カスタマーサービスと緊密に連携をとり、また時には補完しあう事により、売り上げ向上に貢献する事
• 現場における施工指導
• 販売促進にする為、営業活動を共に行う事、技術的な視点からのオーダー取得のサポートを行う事
• 国外の製造拠点および製品マネジャーと頻繁にやり取りを行い、顧客、社内に情報を展開していきます
• 一部カスタマーサービス（CS）の業務補助（納期確認、CSグローバルとの連携）を行って頂きます

Requirements

必須条件:

• 電子部品系メーカ、電気系メーカ、プラント、電気工事業界、電材商社/代理店等での技術営業/技術支援等の経験（電力業界出身者歓迎）
• 顧客や社内関係部門との円滑な折衝/交渉を行うコミュニケーション能力
• 英語で口頭及び文章によるビジネスコミュニケーションが取れる方
• 英語力：ビジネスレベル以上（目安TOEIC(R)700点、または相応の実力）
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）
• 普通自動車運転免許
