Responsibilities

同社のグローバルビジネスサービス本部ビジネストラベルマネジメント課において出張購買（調達購買）にとどまらず出張全体のコスト・業務プロセスの最適化と出張者への安心・安全の提供をお任せ致します。業務詳細:

• 旅費コストダウンに向けた各種企画立案・実行と各サプライヤーとの契約交渉
• 出張者および関連する部署の業務プロセス改善に関わる施策の立案・実行
• 出張者の安心・安全確保に向けた取り組みの実行
• 旅費の実績可視化と分析

ビジネストラベルマネジメントは欧米においては一般的で出張に関する申請、手配、精算、危機管理などを一元管理し、業務効率化、出張費の削減、ガバナンス強化、従業員の安全管理を確保することを指します。日本国内では同社を含めて、導入企業は数社となりますが、最先端の領域でご活躍頂けるポジションとなります。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 国内海外出張における航空・ホテルVISA等の手配経験
• 航空会社・ホテル等と企業間の契約交渉におけるサポート業務経験
• チームリーダーやマネジメント経験

歓迎条件:

• 総合旅行業務取扱管理者の資格をお持ちの方
• 危機管理（社員の安全管理）に関する知識
• Tableau、Power BI、DomoなどBIツールを活用した旅費実績のデータ分析経験
• 英語力（ビジネスレベル／目安：TOEIC600点以上）
