We operate diverse businesses such as e-commerce, finance, and digital content, offering various services including online shopping platforms, cloud services, and internet banking. We also provide point programs and media content to enhance customer engagement. Additionally, we actively expand our business both domestically and internationally, strengthening our competitiveness in the global market.

Responsibilities

ユーザーベースの拡大とブランド認知度の向上を通じて、家計簿の成長を牽引するマーケティングリーダーを募集します。数億円規模の年間マーケティング予算を管理し、戦略立案、実行、およびチームマネジメントを担当していただきます。業務詳細:

• マーケティング戦略・戦術の策定と実行
• Google／TikTok 等の広告運用における方針策定・最適化
• 大規模インターナルキャンペーンの企画・推進
• KPI設計・モニタリングと改善アクションの実行
• ユーザーセグメント（例：ロイヤル層／エントリー層）の定義と顧客管理施策
• データ分析に基づく課題発見、新規施策の立案
• データサイエンティスト／開発／プロダクトチームと連携したインサイト創出
• マーケティングオペレーション改善、自動化の推進
• チームメンバーのマネジメントおよび育成

Requirements

必須条件:

• BtoC向けサービスでのマーケティング実務経験5年以上
• デジタル広告運用（Google、Meta、TikTok など）の知識と改善実績
• 年間数億円規模のマーケティング予算に対する戦略設計・効果検証の経験
• チームまたはプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
• データ分析に基づく意思決定力、KPIを用いた成果管理スキル
• スピード感を持って自ら動き、チームをリードできる方
• TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上（もしくは同程度の英語力）
