Responsibilities

• 病院の運営 (数値管理、組織文化醸成、改善活動)
• 拡大の戦略作り (域内、域外)
• 医療の質に関する戦略作り、実行 (診療ポートフォリオの見直し)

Requirements

必須条件:

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC730点以上）
• 病院勤務経験 (経営職が望ましいが、それ以外の職でも歓迎)

歓迎条件:

• 海外勤務経験
