Responsibilities

• 事業部算出のSPT製品の需要予測に基づき、材料の有無や春日井工場のCapacityを勘案してProduction Demandを作成する。
• 事業部と連携し在庫計画に基づく適正在庫の維持・管理を行う。
• 今後の需要予測を踏まえて、工場のCapacity増加計画を策定する。
• 製造に関する各種プロジェクトへの参画

Requirements

必須条件:

• Demand Planningの実務経験
• 生産管理、生産計画、Capacity Planningに関する業務経験
• Excel、Word、PowerPointスキル
• 統計的手法のスキル
• 問題解決能力

• 製薬・医療機器業界の経験がある方
• 薬機法や医薬品・医療機器製造工程の知識
• 生産・品質・SCM関連のKPIに関する知識
• クロスファンクショナルプロジェクトの経験
• 英語を使用した業務経験
