Responsibilities

• 光学薄膜開発・設計スキル：コア技術領域の一つであるドライコート技術について、高度に専門的な設計・開発・材料技術を身につける事が出来ます。
• 自動車向け商品企画・開発スキル：車載用途（主に窓ガラス）向けの新商品の企画・開発・採用に必要な業界知識・ノウハウを身につけることが出来ます。
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル：開発したコーティング商品・工法の量産化に際し、コーティング技術の専門家としてプロジェクトに参加し、技術面でプロジェクトの進行を主導したり、エンジニアリング部門、製造部門、品質部門等との調整を含め、プロジェクトを成功に導くマネジメントスキルを身につけることが出来ます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 大卒以上で無機材料系・物理系・機械工学系専攻の方
• TOEIC 600点レベルの英語力（Globalでのドライコーティング技術開発状況の共有の為の英語会議があります）
• 海外での量産設備での製品試作・立ち上げの際のコミニュケーションの経験

歓迎条件：

• スパッタリング技術の専門知識：製品設計、プロセス技術の開発経験
• スパッタリング量産プロセス設備の立ち上げ、生産技術職の経験
• 自動車用ガラス、ドライコーティング新商品の開発経験
