Responsibilities

次世代自動車用ガラスの高機能商品開発を推進いただきます。具体的には、表面処理・コーティング技術（乾式（ドライコート）：主にスパッタリングやCVD法等）によってガラス表面を高機能化するため、機能を発現する光学薄膜（多層膜）の開発やコーティングプロセス技術の開発、製品の量産工程の立ち上げ支援等を担当いただきます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 大卒以上で無機材料系・物理系・機械工学系専攻の方
• TOEIC 600点レベルの英語力（Globalでのドライコーティング技術開発状況の共有の為の英語会議があります）
• 海外での量産設備での製品試作・立ち上げの際のコミニュケーションの経験

歓迎条件:

• スパッタリング技術の専門知識：製品設計、プロセス技術の開発経験
• スパッタリング量産プロセス設備の立ち上げ、生産技術職の経験
• 自動車用ガラス、ドライコーティング新商品の開発経験
