Responsibilities

上市済みADC製品の品質マネージメントの推進

• ADC製品にかかわる、国内外の製造所のCMO管理（CMOにおける変更管理、逸脱等の品質課題対応、品質契約締結等の業務）を行い、品質確保を推進する。各CMOの状況に応じ、CMOの品質向上に向けた改善サポートを実施する。また、各国への申請に対し、製造所に対する各国当局からのGMP査察対応をサポートする。

Requirements

必須条件:

• グローバル品目の品質保証及び国内品質保証(GQP)の経験
• 医薬品のCMC研究、製造・品質に関する実務経験又は知識

歓迎条件:

• 医薬品（特にADC）の、製造プロセスの研究、製造プロセスの実務経験または知識プロジェクトマネジメント能力、交渉・調整能力、判断力、課題解決能力
• 社内外の海外関係者と協業できるコミュニケーション力、英語力
