Responsibilities

• グローバルITインフラトランスフォーメーションプログラムを主導し、各プロジェクトの推進を支援し、プログラムの目標に一致した結果を提供します。
• 常に最新のステータスを俯瞰した状態で把握・提供し、マネジメント判断やリスク回避策の決定、各プロジェクトの遂行を支援します。
• 社内外のステークホルダーとの強固なパートナーシップを構築し、プログラムライフサイクル全体を通じて円滑なコミュニケーションと調整を進めます。
• プログラムの効果的な実行を目指し、スコープ、スケジュール、予算、リソースを管理しながら品質を維持します。
• プログラム内、各プロジェクトにおける財務管理、契約管理、ベンダー管理において責任分担を明示し、トランスフォーメーションプログラム内での効率的な成果を確保します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ITインフラ管理および運用の実務経験（実装、移行、サポートを含む）が数年以上ある方
• 企業のITインフラソリューションの設計および実装経験（グローバルレベルの経験であればなお可）
• プロジェクト/プログラム管理スキル（正式な認証を伴えば尚可）、グローバルプロジェクト管理およびグローバルサプライヤー管理経験
• ITサービス管理（ITSM）の知識および実践経験：インシデント管理、問題管理、変更管理、資産管理、パッチ管理に精通した方
