This position is a national role that focuses on the development, implementation and cultivation of the company brand image as well as increasing the company share of mind and consumption in the environment.
This role is a strong collaborator who proactively interfaces with all key stakeholders internally and externally to maximize impact of On Premise business.
The role contributes to building the strong brand image through driving consumption activations with key internal partners like Sales & Marketing Specialist Team, Key Account Managers, and Distribution Managers. Also, the role trains the Sales team in the use of all new On Premise marketing tools and added value concepts, ensuring increased availability and visibility at the Point of Sales in the market.
This position is a key contributor to the annual On Premise business plan by identifying and defining insights which leads to new implementable activities and strategies.

- Mastering On Premise Marketing Management
- Responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to the market needs.
- Drive share of mind with industry stakeholders including venue staff, bar supplier sales, decision makers, owners, and influencers.
- Be fully responsible for the creation, coordination, and approval of tailor-made installations.
- Support the Sales & Marketing Specialist Team, Key Account managers, and Distribution Managers to implement tools and concepts.
- Upleveling Industry Marketing
- Manage industry marketing programs and consumer marketing initiatives to grow company consumption, industry endorsement, and brand image.
- Create and deliver memorable experiences that drive word of mouth within On Premise industry communities and generate more love and passion towards the company with them.
- Support the Sales & Marketing Specialist Team, Key Account Mangers, and Distribution Managers on always upleveling HI5 execution in the market.
- Develop activation tools to drive distribution and accelerate consumption in different POS segments. Be fully responsible for the creation, coordination and approval of tailor-made installations.
- Data Analysis & Market Research
- Data base management, reporting optimization, Insights generation.
- Maximize utility of sales data including Bar Supplier depletion data and their distribution progress data to enable On Premise managers to make fast & effective decisions.
- Permanent observation of the market trends and competitor activities and activations. Roll-out active research for new business opportunities in the market.
- Search for further opportunities to off-set money by offering added value to trade customers.
- Art of the Sales & Marketing Specialist Team
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of Art of our Sales & Marketing Specialist Team. Also, understand all national and international On Premise marketing activities, tools, concepts, and general guidelines. Constantly update the materials and those guidelines and operational know-how towards the On premise members.
- Support the Sales & Marketing Specialist Team, Key Account Managers, and Distribution Managers on trainings and continuously coach them to secure a high level of understanding and knowledge of how to implement it into the market.
- Joint responsibility together with On Premise event & festival manager and the Sales & Marketing Specialist Team for executing marketing activities and POS activations at titled events, festivals, and 3rd party events.

- Requirements

■Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years marketing in a commercial environment.
- Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).
- Strong analytical skills (analyze consumer, sales, and customer data) and planning, prioritization, and organizational ability.
- Excellent communication, active listening skills and the ability to negotiate.
- Able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends).
- Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.
■Preferred qualifications:- Experience in On Premise environment preferred.
- People leadership and management experience preferred.
