■業務内容:
  • Implement key HR processes across the Employee Journey in line with HQ standards and local market needs
  • Oversee workforce planning and monitor daily headcount status, maintaining accurate tracking of planned versus actual manpower
  • Partner with Store Managers and Area Managers to ensure proper staffing levels and timely recruitment plans
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring activities and participate in interviews for key retail positions
  • Drive performance management processes, including annual appraisals
  • Identify training needs and work closely with the Learning & Development team to implement effective solutions
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and execute internal communication, employee engagement, DEI, and CSR initiatives to foster a positive work culture
  • Provide support on Compensation & Benefits, including benefits administration, rewards, promotions, welfare, mobility, and retention
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and labor relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback, address HR-related issues, and provide on-site support
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly HR reports and KPIs with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent local execution aligned with HQ strategy
  • Facilitate strong collaboration between HQ and local teams through regular meetings and constructive dialogue, promoting a unified approach as “One HR.”
  • Provide clear career paths for talent across the head office and stores through job enlargements, new roles, cross-functional moves, and vertical growth
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation

Requirements

■必須要件:
  • High level of business English and Japanese proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a retail or luxury environment
  • Strong skills in workforce planning, headcount management, and labor cost control
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels
  • Proactive, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from HR data and metrics
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
