Responsibilities

• デバイス、アプリケーションなどの日本ローカライズに向けた開発リード
• 企業価値を向上させ顧客体験を変革するために必要なシステムやソリューションの要件定義や自社開発のリード
• 顧客に向けたソリューションなどの営業同行活動
• 自社サービス（Web／スマホアプリなど）の設計・開発・運用全般やインフラ（AWS／GCPなど）の構築・管理、フロントエンド・バックエンド双方の実装
• UI／UX改善提案、ユーザーの声を元にした改修を現場やチームの声を聴きながらスピーディに実行

Requirements

• 自動車業界のソリューション、ハードデバイス、アプリケーションの専門的な知識と理解
• 業務システムまたはソリューションなどを要件定義し開発、市場ローンチを行った経験（Webアプリケーション開発や自走して開発を進めた経験）
• スタートアップのスピード感や不確実性に耐性のある方
