Responsibilities

• サプライヤー品質構築及び運用
• サプライヤーの品質管理および各種マネジメントシステム（ISO9001、IATF16949等）の推進
• グローバルでのサプライヤーCSR管理業務の推進
• サプライヤーに関係する製品含有化学物質についての管理（品質との連携）

*ご入社後、まず上記の職務を上司、同僚と一緒に取り組んでいただき、将来的にはリーダーとして仕事をお任せします。

Requirements

必須要件:

• 品質保証に関する知識・経験：ISO9001、IATF16949、ISO14001などのマネジメントシステムを理解し、サプライヤー関連の公的監査員資格を有する方

（※特にサプライヤーへの指導や監査対応による業績改善、課題解決等の実績がある方を歓迎します）

• CSR（企業の社会的責任）に関する知識・経験：ISO26000やRBAを理解し、VAPを用いたサプライヤー監査や是正指導の経験、および国際基準を活かしたマネジメント能力を有する方
