■ドイツに本社を置く総合化学会社にて【Business Controlling Manager/Assistant Manager】を募集いたします。
※ご経験やスキルを考慮し、マネージャーもしくはアシスタントマネージャーを決定します。

▼Responsibilities

• In charge of planning, performance management, product costing, business analysis, governance, and compliance for the business unit in Japan.
• Provide reliable data for management decision-making as a trusted business partner.
• Supervise and improve operational excellence scenarios and implement projects in Japan.
• Participate in critical business steering projects and evaluate baseline scenarios/models.
• Accountable for operational planning, forecasting processes, and target setting coordination.
• Analyze business and site performance, provide gap analysis, and recommend decisions.
• Enforce financial policies, procedures, guidelines, and internal control effectiveness.
• Coordinate within the business unit and influence stakeholders on controlling topics.

Requirements

▼必須条件• 財務、会計、経営管理または関連分野の学士号• ４年以上のビジネスコントロールまたは財務と会計における経験• 優れた英語および日本語の書面および口頭のコミュニケーション能力
▼歓迎要件• 報告システムの堅実で実践的な知識、デジタル化およびコントロールツールのスキルがあれば尚可
