Responsibilities

財務本部は、当グループの経営戦略、意思決定を計数面、財務面で機動的に支える組織です。数字を通して本社の「今の姿」を正しく把握し、経営判断の一助を担います。本社・グループの財務状況を法制度に則り、適時、適切に開示し、また、本社内各部署やグループ会社の計数面、財務面での課題について、相談窓口となり解決をサポートしています。現在多くのキャリア採用社員が積極的に業務に取り組み活躍しています。管理会計、決算、監査対応などのルーチン業務に加え、最新の会計・税務情報にアンテナを張るなど、積極的に学ぶ姿勢も重要です。着実・丁寧に仕事に取り組み、部内や事業を行う現場と円滑に仕事を進めることができる方を求めています。※入社後の配属先（経理部、連結会計部、財務部）はこれまでの業務経験などを勘案し、決定します。
業務内容：

• 経理部 … 当社単体の会計・税務・予算・決算関連業務（会計処理相談など担当部門との協業や会計システムの運用業務なども含みます）
• 連結会計部 … グループ全体の連結会計業務
• 財務部 … 資金繰り、資金調達・運用、支払・入金管理業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 月次決算、年次決算業務への関与経験
• Excelスキル（ピボットテーブル・vlookup関数等の中級スキル）

歓迎要件：

• 簿記２級以上
• 会計システム運用経験
