We engage in the planning, manufacturing, and sale of sports-related products. We manufacture and sell a wide range of sports products, including outdoor, athletic, and active gear, earning broad support from top athletes to general enthusiasts. Responsibilities

《調達管理》80％  

• 素材選定(展示会訪問、サプライヤーとのミーティング) ※企画連携、発注、契約関連も含む
• 工場選定と連携　※工場訪問含む
• 生産納期の管理・交渉
• 製品および原材料の品質管理
• 量産品およびサンプルの規格確認
• 不良品発生時の問題解決と再発防止策の立案・実行
• 社内外関係者会議主催、及びコミュニケーション                        

《計数管理》20％

• 仕入・納期・原価計画案の作成および実績管理
• 月次資料の作成  等

出張頻度：年間6～10回程度:

• 国内：主要取引先、及び富山
• 海外：東南アジア、中国の生産工場

Requirements

• スポーツ、アウトドア、ファッションアパレル業界での生産管理業務経験（1年以上）
• ビジネス英語スキル（主にメールでのコミュニケーションを想定）目安：TOEIC（R）テスト700点以上
• ビジネスレベルでのPCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint等）
• 会社とブランドのミッションステートメントに共感できる方
• 自身の仕事を責任感を持って遂行できる方
• 他者を思いやることができる謙虚な方
• 自分自身の意見を持ち、周囲に伝える能力のある方
• 困難な事に立ち向かうチャレンジ精神
• 日頃からスポーツに関わり、自身のライフスタイルを業務に活かせる方
