Responsibilities

• 製品開発本部のCMC分析開発部門にて、眼科用医薬品の新製品開発のための分析開発研究を推進頂きます。

【新医薬品開発PJのデータ創出】

• 分析技術の専門性を活用し、新医薬品の原薬・製剤の分析法開発、規格設定、製品品質評価を推進いただきます。
• 開発PJの進階判断、治験薬供給、QbyD管理戦略、技術移転、IND/NDAに寄与するデータ創出の計画／実行／科学的考察を主導していただきます。

【新規分析技術の開発・獲得】

• 専門分野における研究動向／規制動向を収集し、製品開発に寄与する新規分析技術の開発／獲得を推進し、研究所への導入・活用により製品価値／成功確度向上に関する業務を行っていただきます。

【人材・組織開発】

• CMC開発に係る専門知識の収集・活用、業務プロセス改善／アイディア提案により組織力向上に関する業務を行っていただきます。

Requirements

• 医薬品のCMC分析開発に従事した経験（3年以上）
• 英語コミュニケーション能力（中級レベル）
• チーム／組織で多様なメンバーと協業し成果創出する能力
