Responsibilities

同社では、社内のステークホルダーと協力しながら、複数のアプリケーションの機能実装をリードできるソフトウェアエンジニアを募集しています。業務担当者からの要件確認、アーキテクチャ設計、実装（コーディング）のリードなど、ハンズオンでの作業が中心となります。 また、品質や効率を向上させるために、チーム内の全般的な改善を行うことも期待されています。ソリューション実装

• ビジネス担当者からの要求を理解し、コーディングおよびセキュリティ基準に沿って機能を実装する
• パフォーマンス、セキュリティ、モニタリングなどの非機能要件を検討し、設計と実装に適用する

コード品質責任

• コードレビューの実施
• チーム内の技術的なトピックについて開発者を指導する

プロダクションサポート

• 問題分析を積極的に行う。
• 解決方法、回避策、バグ修正の提供

◇開発プロセスの改善

• より良い品質と効率性を実現するために、社内の開発基準を見直し、改善を提案する

Requirements

必須条件:

• 3年以上Guidewireアプリケーションバージョン9以降（BillingCenter、PolicyCenter、ClaimCenter）の開発経験
• 保険分野における豊富な知識と経験
• Guidewireアプリケーションの構成、統合、ポータル実装に関する実証済みの専門知識
• Java、Gosu、ユニットテストの実践に精通
• 大規模なプロジェクトに参加し、地域やグローバルチーム、複数のステークホルダーと協力した経験
• DevOpsのコンセプトを活用した実務経験
