Responsibilities

• 同社の経営権移行に伴い、既存ERPシステムをサポートしながら新ERPシステムの導入をチームメンバーとして担当
• 新システム導入プロジェクト終了後はスムーズな運用をチームメンバーとして実行
• ビジネスサイドからの業務リクエストを収集、要件定義
• ユーザーテストを計画し実施（UATケース作成、テスト参加）

Requirements

必須条件:

• IT業界経験３年以上
• 複雑なビジネス要件を分析し、技術的ソリューションに変換する能力をお持ちの方
• チームワーク、ファシリテーション、ネゴシエーションを含む業務していきたい方
• 自発的に動きプロジェクトやサポート活動を遂行していきたい方
• 企画力と実行力を持って取り組める方

歓迎条件:

• ERPにおける在庫管理経験（業界は問わず）
• 会計知識（総勘定元帳/売掛金/ 買掛金）
• ビジネスにおける英語使用経験（読み書き）
