Responsibilities

• 同社はカスタマーエンジニア（サービスエンジニア）が多数在籍しており、顧客である半導体メーカーと契約を結んで保守メンテナンス・トラブルシューティングを担っています。同事業において、財務、人員、運営上の管理をおこないます。具体的には、時間およびコスト要件の観点から人員の管理や、現地在庫とRMA手続きの管理、DSOの維持、システムの立ち上げと保証費用の管理などが発生します。
• 必要に応じカスタマーエンジニアの面接、採用、トレーニングを実施します。また、従業員満足度の確保のため、目標設定や振り返り、研修、キャリア開発なども関わります。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 製造業界において、生産工程に何らかの形で関与した実務経験
• PL管理の経験
• ピープルマネジメントの経験
• 英語力（目安：TOEIC850点程度）
